The Youth Advocate serves as an advocate for youth facing barriers to success in Boys & Girls Club programs, utilizing non-violent crisis interventions and restorative justice practices to promote positive behaviors. This role involves working directly with the Behavioral Support Services Director, club members, and families to support social-emotional learning and individual goal setting. The position requires facilitating sensory room sessions and small group programs to enhance club member experiences.
