Clarvida
A Youth Mentor provides guidance, encouragement, and positive support to children and adolescents by building healthy relationships that foster personal growth, emotional well-being, and life skills. Mentors work one-on-one or in small groups to help youth achieve individualized goals, develop confidence, and connect with positive community resources. This position functions under the direct supervision of the SEED Mentoring Supervisor and ensures the safety and well-being of the children involved.
