About this role

As an Account Manager, Early Stage at Vanta, you will focus on the expansion and retention of assigned customer accounts, serving as their primary point of contact for all post-sale commercial discussions, including upsells and renewals. This role requires you to build strong relationships with customers, understand their business needs, and align Vanta’s solutions to support their security and compliance goals. You will manage the entire sales cycle for expansion opportunities, collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce to drive net revenue retention.
