Account Manager

This role focuses on building and maintaining long-term relationships with a defined customer base or intermediaries to ensure high satisfaction and increased revenue. The position involves developing strategies for account management, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day support, and identifying new sales opportunities. The incumbent may also be involved in acquiring new accounts and creating awareness of products among existing clients.
