TRM is hiring an AI Enablement Program Lead (IC) to accelerate enterprise-wide adoption of internal AI tools and improve operational efficiency across teams. The role sits on the AI & Automation team and is a high-autonomy, stakeholder-facing position that partners with leaders across GTM, R&D, CS, People, and IT/Security. The hire will focus on driving measurable impact from AI tooling and scaling internal enablement efforts.
