About this role
The Area Vice President, Northern Europe will build and lead a second-line enterprise sales organization to drive adoption and expansion of GitLab’s DevSecOps platform across Northern Europe. Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Sales, the role owns regional strategy, hiring and development of Area Sales Managers, and sales forecasting. The position partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Channel, Alliances, Product, and Engineering to deliver predictable ARR growth with a distributed, enterprise-focused team.
