Assistant Restaurant Manager

This role supports the Food and Beverage Operations Manager in overseeing daily departmental operations for breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, and functions. The incumbent ensures adherence to Relais and Chateaux standards, manages staff training and recruitment, and handles guest inquiries and complaints professionally. They are responsible for maintaining operational procedures, financial controls, and health and safety protocols within the F&B department.
