Banquet Chef

The Banquet Chef manages, coordinates, and participates in the daily functions of the culinary department, with primary responsibility for the planning, staffing, preparation, and execution of banquet and event functions. This role leads by example, provides guidance to culinary staff, and ensures events are executed accurately, efficiently, and according to established quality standards. The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and leadership skills to manage multiple events in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
