Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA / RBA)

The Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA / RBA) at Monarch House is responsible for assessing, designing, monitoring, and supervising ABA interventions for children and youth with ASD and other developmental disabilities. This part-time, community-based role in Calgary focuses on developing behavior plans, conducting functional analyses, and providing training and supervision to ABA therapists and lead therapists. The position requires collaboration with caregivers and other professionals to deliver tailored treatment plans and maintain current evidence-based practices.
