Business Development Director for AI Natives

As the founding member of a new team, the Business Development Director for AI Natives will build and grow Nscale's strategic ecosystem of AI-native companies, including frontier model labs and fast-scaling AI startups. This high-impact role involves owning deals end-to-end, from prospecting and commercial structuring to launching products on the Nscale Cloud, while fostering executive relationships with founders, CTOs, and investors. The position requires translating customer needs into capacity plans and influencing the product roadmap through direct market intelligence.
