About this role

The Business Development Manager will own the design and scaling of Airtm’s channel partnership program to drive a significant share of new monthly active users. Reporting to the SVP of Enterprise Sales, the role focuses on building a pipeline of strategic partners across payments, remittances, payroll, and marketplaces. It combines high autonomy, process-building responsibility, and direct impact on company growth targets. The position also offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in stablecoin-based cross-border payment infrastructure within emerging markets.
