A Business Development Representative at HubSpot seeks out and engages “good fit” companies through strategic prospecting, leveraging existing HubSpot leads and generating new interest via calls, emails, and social media. The role focuses on qualifying prospects by learning their business challenges and concisely communicating HubSpot’s value to secure deeper conversations with Account Executives. The BDR partners with 2-3 Account Executives and fellow BDRs to develop and implement prospecting strategies.
