Chef de Partie

SUMI, a beloved neighbourhood restaurant in Notting Hill, is seeking a Chef de Partie to run their own section and contribute to a kitchen focused on sushi, small plates, and robata grill dishes. The role involves preparing and presenting dishes to standard, managing mise en place, and supporting junior chefs while working closely with the Head Chef and sushi team.
