Cloud Security Architect

The Cloud Security Architect serves as a technical Security Subject Matter Expert within the Genesys Global Security, Privacy & Compliance Centre of Excellence, providing hands-on, customer-facing security advisory services. This role involves leading technical security discussions, conducting security assessments, and delivering executive briefings to enterprise customers, partners, and auditors across the APAC region. The position requires strong expertise in cloud security, AI security, and security controls to defend the Genesys Cloud security posture and support complex customer engagements.
