Collections Specialist

This role is responsible for the direct preparation of all charged-off loan functions, including liquidation, recoveries, and maintenance, while tracking and reporting all money collected. The position works with members to negotiate settlements and make suitable repayment arrangements to maximize returns for the credit union. It involves processing small claims, repossessions, and legal suits while maintaining confidentiality and representing the credit union professionally.
