Commis II

The Commis II supports the kitchen team with basic food preparation and daily operations at the InterContinental Fujairah Resort, ensuring food is prepared safely and according to hotel standards. This role involves assisting with mise en place, maintaining quality and sanitation standards, and following instructions from senior chefs. The position requires maintaining proper food hygiene, HACCP compliance, and a clean work environment while contributing to timely service.
