The Center for Youth is seeking a full-time professional to assist in facilitating, implementing, developing, and managing community school activities, events, programs, and services. The role supports partnerships with schools, local organizations, and families to promote healthy, successful children and a thriving community, working onsite in Hilton, New York.
We provide temporary & transitional housing, crisis nursery services, school-based counseling, street outreach, and much more to the Rochester community.
