About this role
Mixpanel is hiring a Compensation Partner on its People and Culture team to support compensation programs and analytics as the company scales. The role offers early-to-mid career professionals the chance to build deep compensation expertise, work closely with People and Finance leaders, and contribute to compensation strategy and data-driven people decisions. The position reports to the Manager of Total Rewards & People Operations and provides exposure to cross-functional stakeholders across the business.
