Congress Planner

As the Ancillary Space and Support Specialist at Amex GBT, you will serve as the primary liaison for pharmaceutical congresses, managing ancillary meeting spaces and providing logistical support to ensure program objectives are met. This role involves coordinating third-party contracts, overseeing AV and catering needs, communicating with IT and clients, and delivering on-site support for sophisticated, high-volume events. You will maintain accurate records, forecast program financials, and partner with teams to exceed client requirements while representing the company as a positive role model.
