Contract Specialist III

This role oversees construction-related contracts and supports the preparation, negotiation, and administration of bid solicitations, purchase orders, contract modifications, and claims. The position also manages the Small Business/Subcontracting compliance program and helps implement company practices to minimize contractual and procurement risk. It works closely with project leads and internal counsel to ensure contractual compliance across projects.
