About this role
A remote, full-time Crisis Follow-Up Specialist role on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis and suicide prevention team at Centerstone. The position conducts outbound telephonic follow-up for individuals who contacted 988 and are assessed as moderate to high suicide risk, providing support, safety planning, and linkage to appropriate community mental health resources. The role also handles incoming chats/texts and maintains accurate contact documentation.
