About this role

The Customer Experience Manager, International will build and operate CX operations infrastructure to enable consistent, efficient, and high-quality support across international markets. The role focuses on systems like onboarding, knowledge management, QA, automation enablement, and operational governance while partnering with CX leadership, Product, Compliance, and BPO vendors. This position is part of the company’s remote HQ and is ideally suited for candidates based in Europe. The manager will ensure international CX meets U.S. standards for response time and CSAT at equal or lower cost per interaction.
