About this role
This role leads the strategy and execution of promotional campaigns and reward propositions to deepen customer engagement and drive repeat purchases for Farfetch’s existing customer base. Sitting within Marketing and reporting to the Director of CRM & Loyalty, it focuses on maximising customer lifetime value while adhering to strict financial performance guardrails. The position requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Customer Analytics, Finance, Product and Creative teams. It combines creative thinking with strong quantitative rigour to continuously optimise promotional performance and loyalty initiatives.
