The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will own the customer lifecycle from prospecting through onboarding, engagement, retention, and advocacy, using data-driven and creative strategies to maximize customer lifetime value. This role focuses on building loyalty and repeat purchases for Formlabs’ 3D printing products while partnering closely with product, creative, support, and sales teams. The manager will leverage analytics, testing, and targeted campaigns to improve retention and customer satisfaction and will lead high-impact projects requiring executive engagement.
