About this role
Butternut Box is hiring a part-time, customer-facing team member to represent the brand and ensure excellent experiences across phone, email and live chat. The role is focused on being the eyes and ears of the business, helping shape the customer journey and feeding insights back into the company. It is a 25-hour-per-week position (Monday–Friday, 9am–2pm) at a B-Corp certified company that makes and delivers fresh dog food.
