About this role

A Customer Success Manager at Delinea is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of assigned customer accounts, working closely with sales, professional services, and technical support to resolve customer issues. The role focuses on advocating for clients, ensuring successful onboarding, and actively monitoring customer health to promote retention and loyalty. The manager will also facilitate communication of best practices, drive renewals and expansions, and conduct regular reviews to align Delinea's offerings with customers' strategic goals.

BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience4+ years of experience in a similar role as a Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, Support Engineer, Professional Services Consultant or Sales EngineerKnowledgeable in privilege access management and cybersecurity best practicesExperience with other Privilege Access Service solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, etc. is a big plus
