About this role

The Strategy Lead on the CX Operations Strategy team at Robinhood will help shape the future of customer experience by serving as the functional owner of a product line and representing the customer across the organization. The role partners with customers, CX agents, leadership, and product teams to drive scalable, high-quality support and operational excellence. This position is based in Chicago, Denver, or Westlake and expects in-person attendance at least three days per week.
