The Deal Desk Manager at WorkWave serves as the central partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product for pricing, quoting, and commercial deal structuring across all product lines and regions. The role owns the governance and oversight of complex deals to ensure they align with company standards, pricing policies, and revenue recognition guidelines. This position also leads and develops the Deal Desk function, setting cadences, SLAs, and processes that enable scalable and consistent commercial operations globally. The manager operates in a remote-first environment within a fast-growing SaaS company with multi-product solutions.
