The role aligns initiatives with the HECSI strategy and roadmap, develops and executes initiatives for immediate and long-term impact, and fosters strategic relationships with universities and stakeholders. The Director leverages higher education institutions to accelerate talent development, innovation, and cross-sector collaboration in support of Young Africa Works goals.
