The Director of Design at inKind leads and scales the Design organization while remaining a high-impact individual contributor, driving UX quality and consistency across mobile, web, and internal products. The role partners closely with the SVP of Product & Design, Product Managers, TPMs, and Engineering to translate vision into actionable plans, set priorities, and ensure predictable delivery. The director also owns the evolution of the design system, mentors designers, and balances strategic leadership with hands-on execution to improve product adoption and conversion.
