About this role
The Director of Enablement at Antithesis is responsible for building and executing revenue enablement strategies across the Go-To-Market organization, including Sales, Customer Success, and Support. This hands-on role entails creating a comprehensive enterprise GTM playbook, designing role-specific onboarding and readiness programs, and ensuring successful execution throughout the customer lifecycle. The Director will collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to effectively communicate product value to enterprise clients while measuring and refining enablement programs based on performance metrics and feedback.
