About this role

The Director of Global Sales Compensation Strategy at Nebius will lead and oversee global compensation programs for Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships, driving the strategy, design, and governance of incentive plans that align pay with performance and support revenue growth. The role partners cross-functionally with Finance, GTM Ops, and GTM executives to develop data-driven, cost-effective, and compliant programs that scale with the business. The position is open to remote work from the US (East Coast preferred).
