The Director of People Operations & Total Rewards builds and automates the people infrastructure to support organizational growth and performance. The role strengthens core HR operations, oversees compensation, benefits, payroll, leave, and accommodation programs, and ensures systems, policies, and practices are effective, compliant, and mission-aligned. The director also delivers people and rewards analytics to inform strategic decision-making and partners with leaders across the organization to drive equitable, scalable solutions.
