About this role

The Director of Total Rewards & People Operations is Aspire’s senior leader responsible for designing and advancing a competitive, equitable, and financially sustainable compensation and total rewards strategy. The role also oversees HRIS, benefits, leave administration, and compliance to ensure operational excellence across people systems. This leader partners with the Chief People & Culture Officer and Finance to align pay philosophy with organizational mission, budget, and workforce planning. The position supports employee attraction, retention, and engagement through transparent rewards programs and communications.
