The Director of People Operations & Total Rewards leads the design and automation of the people infrastructure to enable organizational growth and performance. This role strengthens core HR operations, oversees compensation and benefits programs, and ensures systems, policies, and practices are effective, compliant, and aligned with the organization's mission. The position partners with leaders to inform strategic planning through people and rewards analytics and supports scalable, equitable programs across sites.
