Director of Provider Enablement

The Director of Provider Enablement at Nourish will design and own systems that train and coach the clinical workforce to ensure high-quality, nutrition-focused care and improved patient retention and outcomes. This newly created leadership role sits on the Clinical Operations team, reports to the Head of Clinical Operations, and will scale enablement as Nourish expands into a multidisciplinary care model. The position is full-time and based in NYC with an expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week.
