About this role

The Director of Workforce Management, Forecast Planning & Capacity at Datavant provides strategic leadership for enterprise workforce programs across multi-site, multi-channel contact center operations. This role owns long-range forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling strategy, and the workforce technology ecosystem to meet service, efficiency, and growth objectives. The director leads a team of analysts and system SMEs and partners cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, HR, Technology, and senior leadership to align workforce strategies with business goals and customer demand.
