The position focuses on investigating and documenting policy violations and allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation while ensuring compliance with employment laws. It also involves reviewing leaves of absence, handling unemployment claims, and managing PRIA requests. The role requires building strong relationships with internal customers and supporting a positive People Services culture.
