About this role
The Employer Strategy Director will build Nourish’s employer channel from the ground up, owning the vision, strategy, and go-to-market for employer partnerships. This is a GM-level, 0→1 role responsible for defining the employer activation model, securing early employer partnerships, and proving a repeatable channel to drive growth and market credibility. The role is full-time and based in New York City, reporting to the VP of Commercial Strategy.
