Engagement Representative

The Engagement Representative serves as the front line for awareness generation, responsible for driving awareness, identifying, contacting, and scheduling prospective employer groups for onboarding demonstrations of the platform. This role works closely with Partner & Customer Success and Account Management to maintain a full demo webinar pipeline while supporting existing customers with administrative tasks and technical integrations. The position requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to manage high-volume outbound activity in a fast-paced environment.
