Enterprise Operations & Shared Services (EOSS) Technology Lead Role

A Senior Technology Leader in Citi’s Chief Operating Office Technology organization serving as the strategic technology advisor for Enterprise Operations & Shared Services (EOSS). The role owns the end-to-end technology book of work across domains such as Fraud, KYC, BOSS, Procurement & TPM, Global Workforce Management, and Knowledge Management, and drives simplification, consolidation, and innovation of the EOSS technology landscape. The leader translates complex business outcomes into a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture, financial objectives, and risk mandates.
