Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Senior operational leader providing dedicated support to select C-level executives while owning day-to-day operations of Arcadia’s Boston office and supporting the company’s Return to Office (RTO) initiative. Acts as a trusted partner who manages complex calendars, prepares executives for meetings, coordinates communications, and ensures the office environment supports collaboration, productivity, and leadership presence. Balances high-level executive partnership with onsite operations, vendor relationships, and workplace readiness to enable leadership focus and a polished employee and guest experience.
