Executive Chef

The Executive Chef at Pete Dye Golf Course oversees all food and pastry production across restaurants, banquet functions, and other outlets, developing menus, purchase specifications, and recipes while managing staff and budgets. The role ensures high standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety, and collaborates with the Food and Beverage Director on menu planning and special events.
