About this role
The Executive Director of Food and Beverage leads property-level food and beverage operations for a resort/casino, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and alignment with corporate brand standards. The role oversees all dining outlets, back- and front-of-house functions, and works with property leadership and corporate teams to meet financial and operational objectives. This position reports to the Corporate Vice President of Food & Beverage and provides leadership to department managers and staff.
