Founding Recruiter

The Founding Recruiter at Summation will be responsible for developing and managing the full recruiting funnel as the first in-house hire, focusing on the company's growth in hiring top talent for technical and go-to-market roles. This role involves building recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with leadership on headcount planning. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of recruiting experience, particularly in high-growth startups, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment while creating a scalable recruiting function.
