The Garde Manger at North Ridge Country Club is responsible for the preparation, production, and presentation of cold food items across multiple dining outlets, banquets, and special events. This role ensures exceptional member and guest experiences by maintaining high standards of consistency, sanitation, and culinary quality. The position requires close collaboration with the Executive Chef and culinary team to coordinate daily production and meet diverse service needs.
