General Manager, AI - US-Based

The General Manager, AI at Toptal will own and build a new AI-focused business line from the ground up, from market positioning and strategy through to profitability and scalable operations. The role is responsible for overall P&L, defining and validating offerings, and achieving product-market fit in alignment with Toptal’s broader growth objectives. This leader will work closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams while operating directly with clients to integrate AI solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes. It is a fully remote role within Toptal’s global, distributed organization.
