About this role

The General Manager will lead all aspects of the Aethos Sardinia property, ensuring the brand’s values of authentic hospitality, community, and creativity are reflected in the guest experience. This role is responsible for driving revenue and profitability, overseeing day‑to‑day operations across rooms, food & beverage, and events, and managing the property’s P&L and CAPEX projects. The GM will also foster innovation, represent the property in the local community, and grow the Aethos Club membership base.
