Lead the Pratt & Whitney China Customer Training Center (Huapu) in Beijing, responsible for developing and executing the Center of Excellence strategy to meet internal and external training needs. Act as the primary interface with the joint-venture partner and Board of Directors, reporting to the Director, Global Customer Training. Ensure training programs, facilities and delivery align with business objectives and regional customer requirements.
