About this role

The Head of GTM Process & Tooling at Gusto leads the design, architecture, and execution of go-to-market processes and systems that support Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. The role is responsible for ensuring scalable, reliable, and AI-enabled GTM systems and overseeing the GTM business analysts team and technology roadmap.
